In preparation for the demolition of our 70-year-old headquarters building, member services has moved to a temporary location at 1600 NE Diamond Lake Blvd - Suite 102.
While we are still unable to open the doors and provide in-person service to you, we will be open by appointment only for those needing to communicate with our staking engineers. Please call 541-673-6616. Unfortunately, will are not able to take payments in-person at this time. Additionally, we are no longer accepting payments at the Stephens Street location. Mail, the Yoncalla drop box and the Diamond Lake location are your best payment options at this time.
To get to our temporary location:
Head east out Diamond Lake Boulevard.
Take a left on Atlanta.
Then an immediate right into the parking lot.
One of the advantages of cooperative membership is having real face-to-face people available to help when you need it. Circumstances beyond our control forced us to close our lobby doors for the better part of 2020. We look forward to seeing and serving you in person as soon as we can.
